We are planning a two week self drive trip to Ireland. Is internet access typically available at B&Bs and inns?

Hotels these days seem to have more access for internet users. B&Bs less so but there are ones out there. Those that do are often more upscale so look to guesthouses as well B&Bs. Most places have internet cafes where you can go online if you don't have hook up at your lodging.
