Green, green grass of home
I took this photograph about 5 minutes ago (at about 9.30pm) from an upstairs window, just because everything looks so intensely green this evening.
You can almost hear plants growing, like a quiet fizz. The grass was cut only a few days ago but is already going wild again. Ireland in mid-summer really is lovely, even away from the beauty spots as this most assuredly is.
Pity it lasts such a short time.

I've been to Ireland twice but only in early spring. Your photo makes me realize that a summer visit is a must. I so enjoy this website. It is very informative and educational...not the run-of-the-mill as are so many other travel sites. You offer an incredible amount of information. I plan to support dochara.com by purchasing through your Shop.
