Ardsallagh make a delicious range of both hard and soft cheeses using milk from the herd of goats on their farm in Carrigtwohill, County Cork. It began in 1986 with Jane and Gerard Murphy keeping just a few goats to provide milk to their children, and has grown since to produce a range of cheeses that are sold in stores and at Farmer's Market and used by restaurants all over Ireland.

The soft goats cheese has a creamy texture and gentle flavour which has made it a consistent favorite with all who try it. At Farmer's market it is available with a variety of flavoured coatings including Honey and oatmeal, Garlic and turmeric and Chilli flakes.

Ardsallagh hard goats cheese is mild cheese that hardens and develops a deeper flavour as it ages.

Ardsallagh also produce an unflavoured natural probiotic yogurt which can be mixed with any ingredients, either sweet or savoury and so makes a great ingredient for both home cooks and professional chefs.
