Marina House is a renovated period building very well located close to the Ferry Port and the DART station in the south Dublin town of Dun Laoghaire.
Manager, New Zealander and veteran traveller Phil Taylor, knows what it takes to make a hostel great and has created a friendly and welcoming place with a high standard of facilities.
As well as dorm rooms, there are double and twin rooms available, some en suite, and also female only dorms. A free light breakfast is served each morning and a modern well equipped kitchen is available for preparing meals.
There is a bight airy common room, decorated as is the rest of the hostel with light wood, and a small garden with tables for eating al fresco and a BBQ available in good weather.
Internet access, laundry facilities and individual lockers are available and there are many good pubs and restaurants in the immediate area.
