Bray Jazz began in the millennium year, and over the years since it has grown and florished to become a must for any lover of Jazz in Ireland at the right time.

The festival has earned a reputation for staging fresh, innovative jazz, with performers drawn from both Ireland and abroad. All About Jazz called it ”one of the very best small jazz festivals in Europe”.

Events take place at various pubs thoughout the town and the athmosphere is great, with a friendly and entusiastic crowd of Jazz lovers appreciative of an evnet which has given them the opportunity to enjoy quality performers from as far afield as the United States, Brazil, Cuba, Iceland and Senegal in action over just a few days.
