Earagail Arts Festival

With events taking place at locations throughout Co Donegal, this growing festival has an emphasis on family-friendly events as well as a solid programme covering theatre, comedy, music, poetry and the visual arts.
Music events are very strong, with Irish and International folk music much to the fore.
The 2009 festival was a deserving winner of the Best Programme Award at the Association of Irish Festivals and Events Conference – the organisers really have created an event that not only has something for everyone but something of real quality for everyone.
Events for 2010 have yet to be announced, but last year saw a massive 37,000 people, and then some, attend over 180 varied events around the county.
