Belfast City Airport

Following its takeover by Ferrovial, the Spanish transportation giant, in 2003 the airport has expanded rapidly and annual passenger numbers are set to top 2.5 million in 2005 and. Very conveniently located for Belfast City Centre.

The city centre location brings its constraints however, with a cap on flight movements in place and a short runway leaving it unable to handle larger planes.

If you are going to Belfast though, and can use Belfast City - do. It is tremendously convenient by comparison with Belfast International.
