Reviews & Comments

A privately owned Transport and Heritage Museum which displays a magnificent collection of vintage cars, trucks, tractors and other agricultural machinery.

Highlights include a 1920's Bullnose Morris Cowley, a Shelvoke & Drewry truck from the same period and a lovely penny farthing bike. Most of the items on display have been lovingly restored to their original condition. Farm implements and machinery date from the times when horses did the pulling through early mechanised tractors right up to post war machines.

A well thought out video presentation gives a good background to much of what you will see. The owners have amassed a truely staggering collection and it is quite obviously a labour of love.

When enquiring at the tourist info office told it closed a couple of years ago due to lack of investment, though road signs still up.
