With everything from easy one hour treks for beginners to five day challanging trail rides on superb horses, there is no reason for anyone to miss out on the wonderful experience of riding on the Dingle peninsula.

Trail rides of between 2 and five days suitable for experienced riders are available as well as one day rides and shorter treks which even beginners will enjoy. The terrain is very varied, riding on the beach is a must, but there are also stiff hills and open stretches of land perfect for a good gallop. It really is exhilarating countryside to ride through, surrounded by wild countryside and huge mountains and riding for hours without seeing a single person or a road.

The trail rides are very sociable and huge fun, stopping off at local pubs for lunch and getting to places few tourists ever see. Those travelling alone will really enjoy this place, it takes no time to unwind and get into the freedom of it all.

The horses here are excellent, fun to ride and sure footed over the often rough terrain. Most are sturdy cobs or Irish Draught, which to the eye of those used to more finely built horses can look a bit 'chunky' at first, but believe it, these are lovely horses to ride, steady and strong on the mountains but capable of a real turn of speed when faced with an open beach!

There is no accommodation on the premises but accommodation of all standards from self-catering (not really recommended, you will want someone to look after you after a day on the trail!), bed and breakfast to good quality hotels is available locally.
