A family run equestrian centre with a particularly friendly athmosphere and excellent facilities.

Tuition of a high standard is provided for all levels of rider, both indoors and out, with an excellent range of both natural and man-made cross country obstacles available. Trekking is provided through a peaceful setting by the River Nore and through the extensive grounds. Treks last about an hour.

There is a wide range of exceptionally good horses and ponies here and great care is taken to match riders with the right horse according to their ability and experience. There are no trail rides of longer duration available, but they will be happy to come up with a programme of a few day's or a week's duration to suit anyone's individual requirements.

There are 3 and 5 day non-residential camps for children held each Summer. Kilkenny is a good base for touring and local accommodation is plentiful, so it would be easy for the rest of the family to fill their days while a horse-mad youngster had fun here.

Fox hunting with local packs can be arranged and there are experienced hunters for hire; you will be carefully assessed for abilty before being allowed out.

Rode here with a group of friends from work when on a weekend in Kilkenny last May. Really fun! I have been riding for years but some of the group were total beginners and they managed to get the perfect horse for everyone. I had a really nice well schooled and fun to ride one and got to jump a good few fences, the beginners had a great time on quiet horses who just carried them around the trail! I have been meaning to go back ever since - soon!
