Rude Health
Organised by the Association of Irish Health Stores, Rude Health is a packed weekend of seminars, workshops, informative events and stands with more than 200 exhibitots related to health and well being. Covering areas as diverse as food, natural therapies and remedies, sport and fitness, the environment and skin care, the exhibition takes place in the main hall of the RDS.A good smattering of fun is promised, there will be cookery demonstataions, taster workshops in aromatherapy, reiki, kiniseology, shiatsu, yoga and reflexology, the latest in environmental technologies for the home will be on display - there really is something to interest just about everyone.
The RDS is easily accessible with buses from central Dublin every few minutes and a DART station just a short walk away.
