Sligo Live
A giant marquee at Sligo racecourse will be the focal point for the Sligo Live Festival which in 2007 featured folk, traditional and roots musicians including Sinead O'Connor, Dervish, Midnight Well, the Proclaimers, Ron Sexsmoth and Solas among many others.
Details not yet available for 2008, but when they are we will list the highlights.
As well as the actual festival concerts there will be many live gigs in pubs around the town, with traditional music much to the fore here.
