Horse Riding in Ireland
Ireland has had a centuries long love affair with the horse - from sleek thoroughbred to tough native pony, we value them all and there are unrivalled facilities for enjoying equestrian pursuits all over the country.
Native Irish breeds, particularly Connemara ponies and the Irish Draught horse, are known for their stamina, sturdiness and even temperaments as well as their good looks. In many cases these will be the type of horses and ponies you will ride and they are perfectly suited to trekking and trail riding - you will enjoy them!
Recommended Irish Riding Centres
