More Accommodation in Co Carlow
Carlow, Co Carlow
This is a gem of a guesthouse, beautiful rooms in a lovely regency house and with friendly and welcoming hosts. If it were in a more touristy place it would cost a lot more and be harder to book, as it is the value is astonishing.
Bedrooms are very well decorated, though some are on the small side, and all have private bathrooms. A delicious breakfast is served overlooking the garden which is obviously tended with love.
An easy five minute walk from Carlow town centre.
Barrowville Town House changed mangement in May 2006 and is now run in just as wonderful a manner as it always was by new proprietors Dermot and Anna Smyth who reopened in November 2006.
Rates guides are per room for 2 people, usually with
breakfast.
