Near Derry City
Too far from the city to walk, but a really good option if you have transport and want a really special place to stay. The house dates back more than 300 years and has an interesting history but there is nothing old fashioned about the service or facilities which are top notch.
Bedrooms are individually decorated with both style and taste, in keeping with the period in which the house was built. Those in the new wing are larger but the ones in the old house have more athmosphere. There is a steam room and hot tub available for guests and magnificent grounds outside for strolling in.
You will really feel you are staying as a guest in a gracious country house and the excellence of the restaurant will add to your enjoyment.
Ask for a room with a four poster bed to really get into the feel of the place.
Rates guides are per room for 2 people, usually with
breakfast.
