More Accommodation in Co Dublin
Monkstown, Co Dublin
In a lovely building, a renovated regency townhouse, this friendly hostel is also in a pretty unbeatable location. The elegance of the old house is still evident especially in the guest lounge and public areas.
Private rooms are available and dorms are small, with 6-10 beds each, and very comfortable. The beds in particular are better than many hostels.
A light breakfast is served free and lunch and dinner is also available by arrangement. Located close to a DART station with easy access to the city. Free parking is available.
Jan 2007 Update
Belgrave Hall is currently closed for renovation. I am not sure whether they plan to re-open as a hostel or some other form of accommodation, but in any case they are not currently taking bookings. We will keep an eye on this.
Also, their website is down (perhaps it is being renovated also??) so if you wish to contact them use this information:
Address: 34 Belgrave Square, Monkstown, Co Dublin
Phone: (353) 1 2842106
Rates guides are per room for 2 people, usually with
breakfast.
