A Victorian house surrounded by stunning countryside in a quiet location near good beaches and several top class golf courses, this is easily in the top ten of Bed and Breakfasts in Ireland. The house has been fully restored but exudes period character and is decorated with great flair to compliment its style.
Bedrooms have good facilities and are traditional in style with period furniture but totally modern and very good private bathrooms. There are blazing fires in the comfortable living room, freshly baked scones with homemade jam on arrival and a real feeling that your hosts want you to relax and enjoy your stay.
Breakfast is above the ordinary with lots of choice and much of the fare home produced.
Dinner here is an absolute must. There is a very highly regarded cookery school here and the food at dinner is truely special, prepared with a delicate touch and featuring locallly produced meat and vegetables, fish so fresh it seems to leap off the plate and desserts that will make you go back for more even though you know you shouldn't.
It is really extraordinarily good value - book early and prepare for a treat.

breakfast.
