Run as the name suggests by the redoubtable Kathleen, who takes personal charge and provides a great welcome and a consistently high standard of accommodation.

Bedrooms are spotless and very large for a guesthouse, as are the bathrooms, and are nicely decorated with hotel standard facilities.

There is a very nice library packed with books where guests are welcome to relax and browse. Breakfast is excellent and particularly nicely presented.

This place is way better than many more expensive hotels and is exceptional value.

Rates guides are per room for 2 people, usually with breakfast.

Stayed 3 nights. Kathleen is great hostess and really wants guests to have a wonderful time in Killarney. She will tell you where to go, what to see amd where to eat. Her advice is right on the money.
