This is a very special place, a cut above the standard bed and breakfast, in an old house restored with style and sensitivity and with a welcome that has real warmth.

There are several types of accommodation but the best option is bed and breakfast staying in one of the rooms in the old part of the house. These are lovely big rooms, decorated in a charming traditional style with brass or antique pine beds and bathrooms that are right up to the minute, some with jacuzzis.

For families there is an excellent two bedroomed suite available which also - nice one - has two bathrooms.

There are also 2 bedroom self catering suites, which are a good option for longer stays but it means you miss out on the stupendous breakfasts - and they are really special. Prepared by a chef they far surpass those in even top class hotels and you will be tempted by almost every option - go for the fruit crepes!!

Ask for a room overlooking the bay for great views.
