A real country house this, with decor and a welcome to match. The lovely 19th century house overlooks Fenagh Lake and is set in 50 acres of parkland.
Inside the bedrooms are warm and well decorated in a country-house style, as are the other public rooms. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, there are blazing fires to sit by in the living room and also additional features not common in bed and breakfast's - a hot tub and sauna.
A hearty home cooked breakfast is provided, and for those who cannot face another Irish fry in the morning there are options such as pancakes, french toast or boxty, and there is always good fresh fruit and bread also.
The owners are very friendly and helpful with information about the area. This place is really more like Manor House accommodation that just bed and breakfast and is really exceptional value.
Rates guides are per room for 2 people, usually with
breakfast.
