Located outside the city centre on the road to Clifden, this is a 4 star hotel in a modern purpose built premises with very good service and facilities.
The Bar serves particularly good light meals all day and the excellent restuarant is very popular locally. There is a particularly good breakfast - you probably will not need lunch after this one.
Bedrooms are generously sized and are all air conditioned with large private bathrooms. It is a popular wedding location so can be a little noisy at weekends. The bar plays host to some excellent traditional music sessions featuring local musicians at weekends.
While not far from the city - just under a mile - it is still not really within easy walking distance at night so if you do not have a car you will need to budget for taxi fares.

breakfast.
