Ireland’s leading Dance Festival brings artists and choreographers from across the world to Dublin in a varied programme of contemporary dance events. International choreographers and dance companies are programmed alongside emerging and established artists from Ireland, with performances, workshops, discussions, symposia, exhibitions, film screenings and other events taking place across the city.
There are street events too, with a day of dance and entertainment for all ages in Merrion Square Park a popular part of the festival. There are always plenty of child focused events too, notably in The Ark centre in Temple Bar.
A popular FAST TRACK programme takes those less familiar with dance but curious to learn more on a day of immersion in the festival, taking in shows, meetings with artists, films and discussions – a great way to experience the best of what’s on offer.
