This local indie music, food and drink event held is in the small town of Moira, which while not a place that features on many tourist itineraries is a pretty town and a nice place to visit. It’s a small friendly festival where visitors can enjoy quality music alongside great food and brews from local producers.

It’s very much a family friendly events, with entertainment on hand to keep the kids happy while their parents relax and enjoy an eclectic mixture of live music. The festival takes place in Moira Demesne, a 40 acre parkland which even when there is no festival is a great place to bring kids – room to run, lots of trees for shelter and adventure plus a particularly nice playground.

You won’t find big name acts here, but the quality of music on offer is not any less for this. This is an easy going laid back event and really worth making a detour for if you are anywhere near the area.
