Since its establishment in 2000, Music in Drumcliffe has become one of Ireland’s leading international chamber music festivals. Each year the festival presents a high standards of programming with Irish and international artists all performing alongside the acclaimed Vogler Quartet.
Concerts are held in St Columba’s Church, a lovely intimate venue with great acoustics which stand at the foot of Benbulben mountain close to the graveyard where W.B. Yeates is buried. This is the centre of Yeats Country, so if visiting for the festival there is plenty to see between concerts.
After the main programme there is a festival club at the Yeats Country Hotel each evening, where there are informal performances and concert goers mix with performers in a relaxed social setting.
Date and details for 2023 subject to confirmation.
