There are slight variations in the routes taken around the Ring, but it is about 110-120 miles around, longer if you take some detours which many people do.
If you are calculating time, expect to travel at an average of a bit under 30 mph or so, slower during the summer or other busy times. Driving constantly it would take over 4 hours, over 4 and a half hours at peak season.
You’ll stop a lot however. It really is a full day’s journey. Most tour coaches allow about 7 hours, which allows for one longish stop for lunch and several shorter ones along the way. However it wouldn’t be difficult to take longer.
