Ahoy everyone.
Time is going to be tight when I come to Ireland next week and so how I use that time is very important.
I don\’t think I\’m going to have time to do both peninsulas so I want advice on which one to go for.
Originally I was going to do The Ring of Kerry, but stories of traffic jams and commercialisation are putting me off.
Is it really as bad as that? Sounds like London or Dublin, but without buildings.

Oh you will be wanting the quiet of Dingle all the way. Though you will have some tight spots and probably some traffic it won’t be anything like the Ring and the scenery is about the same.
It’s a much shorter trip as well so be sure to stop at all the sights you can while on the peninsula – the beehive huts, the Blasket Center, Dunbeg Fort, Gallarus Oratory, Kilmalkedar cross and ogham stone. Don’t forget Conor Pass and Mt Brandon!
