Ireland is Free on Wednesdays!

You can now visit many heritage sites in Ireland completely free of charge on the first Wednesday of every month.

This results from a great move by the Government to encourage visitors to Ireland (and those of us who live here!) to visit the many historic buildings, monuments and other site that are in state care.

So, what places are included?

Anywhere that that we’ve listed as free with a Heritage card – so you’ll find a full list here and details about many of the places on the list here.

You can also download a PDF with the complete list of places where free Wednesdays apply.
